PUBLIC AGENCY PARTNERSHIP WITH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA REGIONAL ENERGY NETWORK
The Southern California Regional Energy Network (SoCalREN) Public Agency Programs offer customized support and resources to help public agencies save energy and money and lead their communities on the pathway to zero net energy and greater sustainability. The SGVCOG is proud to partner with SoCalREN to bring their services to the San Gabriel Valley.
The SGVCOG is leveraging local knowledge and strong relationships with public agencies in the San Gabriel Valley region to bring SoCalREN’s no-cost support on energy, demand, and water-saving projects to the San Gabriel Valley communities. Together, we will ensure SoCalREN’s highly valued programs are accessible for public agencies, especially those supporting underserved and hard-to-reach communities, in the San Gabriel Valley.
To recognize the San Gabriel Valley cities and agencies' efforts for increasing energy efficiency in municipal facilities, the SGVCOG partners with the SoCalREN to implement the San Gabriel Valley Energy Champion Awards. To learn more about the 2022-2023 Energy Champion Awards, please click below:
