Public Works and Engineering Technical Advisory Committee
Background
Public Works Engineers and their staff from each city in the San Gabriel Valley are invited to gather each month to discuss topics relevant to public works issues in each city, such as intelligent transportation systems, street and sidewalk maintenance, and public infrastructure. Local agencies that work with cities, such as Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, Caltrans, and MTA, provide regular updates. Presentations, discussions, and information sharing vary during each meeting. The Public Works Engineers provide technical advice to the Governing Board.
Organization
This committee is comprised of Public Works Directors, City Engineers, Transportation Directors, and staff from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works.
