Public Education K-12
Public education is also locally controlled in the Valley. Listed below are thirty (30) K-12 School Districts, twenty two (22) of which are Unified School Districts.
Community Colleges
Residents in the San Gabriel Valley are served by five (5) Community College Districts: Pasadena City College, Rio Hondo Community College, Citrus Community College, Mount San Antonio College, and Los Angeles Community College District.
